Platform Configuration:
Standard: Essential feature configurations such as users, data, landing pages, basic Talent Acquisition & Talent Management workflows and dashboards.
Custom: Tailor specific modules/features to unique requirements and enhance experience.
Premium: Advanced settings and customisations typically improving existing functionality, performance, and scalability of features.
HCM Entities:
Jobs: Roles or Positions within a organisation with specific responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements. On EVA, you can manage jobs for quick access and review of details such as job descriptions, titles, responsibilities, required skills, and salary information etc.
Private Jobs: Recruiters (agents) are allowed to access and manage job vacancy targets and ONLY their associated candidates and pipelines that are within the scope of job requisition assignments.
Companies: Manage companies (organisations), offices or employers utilising and participating in your recruitment or talent operations.
Contacts: Hiring managers, employers, external partners or workflow participants who collaborate on job requisitions, review & approvals, and talent placements.
Candidates: Potential talent who access, interact and apply to job opportunities. The candidates can be from external sources or from within the organisation in case of internal talent mobility. EVA stores candidate profiles, CVs, application history, assessment results, and other.
Agents: Agents are Recruiters who manage job vacancies and talent (applicants) within an organisation. They identify, attract, and evaluate potential candidates for jobs. Agents collaborate with hiring managers, review applications, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for candidate selection. They facilitate communication between candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment life cycle.
Pipelines: "Pipelines" refer to stages and processes that candidates go through during the recruitment process. For a given job or hiring requirement, a candidate maybe pipelined for registered/pre-screened, review & longlist, shortlist, screening, ready to be interviewed, placed and so on.The platform manages candidate movement through these stages, providing visibility and control over the hiring workflow. Domain URL: a website address where content is hosted, typically branded to client’s organisation name. Enables users to securely log in and access the suite of HCM functionalities on http://EVA.ai .
GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive data protection and privacy regulation that http://EVA.ai adheres to, ensuring the secure and compliant handling of personal data for individuals within the EU.
Single Sign-On (SSO): A security feature that allows users to access the platform and other connected applications with a single set of login credentials, enhancing convenience and minimizing password-related challenges.
Portals: HCM Portal, Talent Portal, Recruiter’s Portal, Agent Portal. A centralized and intuitive interface within http://EVA.ai that provides talent, managers, and HR professionals access to various HR-related tools, information, and resources for effective talent management.
Data Migration: The seamless transfer of data, configurations, and settings from legacy HR systems to http://EVA.ai , ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of HR processes within the platform.

Bulk Actions: A time-saving feature that allows to simultaneously apply a single action, such as updates or approvals, to multiple items within the platform.
Workflow Transitions: Automated and seamless movement of tasks or processes from one stage to another within http://EVA.ai , ensuring a structured flow of HR activities and facilitating efficient progression of HR processes.
Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
List: a collection of candidates, contacts, companies based on filter criteria you set. Use lists in EVA to segment a specific group of candidates, jobs, other HCM entities.
Campaigns: Campaigns in EVA can be used to create personalised messages to target candidates or employees in the CRM. Use campaigns to send announcements, reminders, status updates and other communications. Using EVA’s process automation, you can also schedule automatic emails to follow-up and nurture talent.
Email Campaigns: Automated distribution of targeted content via email to engage, inform, and nurture talent. Use links/buttons to nudge the talent to complete HR goals.
Chatbot (EVA Bot) Campaigns: Deploy EVA Bot to facilitate real-time interactions, data collection, answer queries, provide assistance, and enhance engagement throughout talent operations in a conversational style.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS): simplify recruitment by automating job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, track candidate interactions throughout the hiring journey and other related tasks. Accelerate time-to-hire and also enhance the candidate experience for applicants.
Match Score: EVA’s AI assesses the alignment between job requirements and candidate skills, providing a match score for the list of selection criteria.
Templates: a saved layout used to organize modules in an email, jobs, or portal pages.
Forms: a collection of data fields for profile information collection, screening and assessment data, or other that can be placed on the platform UI to gather key information about talent. Information will be stored inside EVA database and will show on relevant fields.
Reports/ BI Dashboards: Analyse data transactions across EVA ecosystem and visualise metrics on dashboards. Reports can be customised and streamline access to relevant user groups.
EVA AI BOT (Chatbot):
Chatbot Intent Recognition: EVA’s core capability of Conversational AI, where it accurately interprets and understands the user's (candidate/employee) intent or purpose behind a message or query. It enables EVA’s AI to effectively analyse user input and provide relevant responses, enhancing the overall user experience and efficiency in HR/HCM tasks.
