Analytics.
The "Analytics" tab is the central hub for all reports within your instance, and it is currently integrated with a third-party reporting tool system.
To configure reports, please get in touch with your customer success representative. This training article will guide you on how to review reports, assign them to a specific entity, and share them with the relevant user group.
To access "Analytics," follow these steps:
Click on the "Administration" tab.
Select "System Settings."
Click on "Analytics."
In the center, you'll find a list of dashboards organized by entity.
Now, let's explore each of these dashboards.
Agent: When you add a report here, it will be included in the "Analytics" tab within agent profiles.
Candidate: By adding a report in this section, it will appear in the "Analytics" tab within candidate profiles.
Company: When you add a report here, it will be integrated into the "Analytics" tab within company profiles.

Clicking on an individual report from the analytics list and selecting 'General Information' provides you with specific details about the report:
Dashboard Title: This refers to the name of the dashboard.
Allow User Group: Indicates the user group that has permission to access and view the report. User groups not added here won't have access to the report.
Dashboard Type: Specifies the entity within which the dashboard should be categorised.
Metabase ID: This refers to the unique identifier within the third-party reporting tool. Adding the appropriate ID here enables the report to be visible on EVA.
If you want to create a new report, simply click on the small green plus icon. However, it's important to be mindful of the necessary Metabase ID, as it must be provided to ensure the correct addition of the report.
If you require different reports than the ones available in this tab, please reach out to your customer success representative. They will assist you in configuring the specific reports you need.
