  • FAQ wiki

  • Online documentation

  • Training videos

As part of your initial license and after releasing new features, our Customer Success team will work with your champions to ensure that they are trained with respect to existing and new features. 

Our team can also further educate your team about how the product works and provide a deep understanding of the EVA platform by organising tailored :

  • In-person training sessions (travel budget and schedules permitting)

  • Remote 1-on-1 or group training and support via video call and screen share

  • Webinars

Our http://EVA.ai Webinars include:

  • Meeting with Champion user to understand on what exactly to focus in the class (max 1 hour);

  • Preparation of specific training material tailored to the Webinar;

  • Webinar live class (max 2 hours);

  • Practise test;

  • Follow up meeting after 1 week of the class.

Fees as per rate card and digressive.
