Jobs & Talent
The "Jobs" panel is a segment of the platform dedicated to housing information regarding both current and previous job vacancies.
This section is designed to offer insights into the Job section of the Agent Portal.
To access this page click on ‘Jobs & Talent’ and then select the list under the ‘Jobs’ section.
How to create a new Job
You can create a new job in two ways:
By clicking on ‘Jobs & Talent’ and then clicking on the green plus icon next to Jobs.
Inside the full jobs list view click on the little green plus icon on the top left
In both cases, you will be required to add some important fields about the job.
After adding all the information, click on the Submit button to save the newly created job.
To discard the new job, click on the Cancel button.
The newly added job will be added to the job list of the job entity.
How to select jobs for bulk action
The Bulk Action feature offers two selection methods. It can be used in conjunction with the "Select All" option, which selects all the jobs on the current page. Alternatively, it can be applied to a specific set of jobs individually chosen by the agent.
To select all the jobs on the current page, simply click the checkbox located beside the "Job Name" header. This action will simultaneously select all the jobs listed on the page.
You can select individual users by checking the boxes next to them.
How to add new columns
Within the job menu, you have the flexibility to determine the filters you'd like to apply and the order in which they are displayed to suit your preferences. By default, the Job section includes the following columns:
Job name
Company
Status
Main Agent
Address
Salary
If you need additional columns in your view, you have the option to select and add the specific columns you desire. To include new columns in your view, follow these steps:
In the Jobs section, locate the "+" icon situated at the right end.
Click on the additional columns you wish to add.
As soon as you click on the required column, it will be added to the screen.
How to delete the custom filter
To remove columns, agents can follow these steps:
In the Jobs section, click and drag the column you wish to delete towards the bottom of the page.
As you drag the column, you'll notice a red color bar appearing at the bottom of the page, along with a message that says, "Drop a column here to remove it."
Continue dragging the column until it reaches the red bar, then release it to remove the column.
As soon as the column is dropped into the red bar, it is removed from the view.
There is no way for Agent to remove the job name column from the table.
How to change the order of columns
Agents have the flexibility to rearrange column order based on their preferences. Here's how to achieve this:
Within the Jobs section, simply drag the column horizontally, either to the left or right.
When you've successfully dragged and dropped the column to the desired side, it will modify its position in the sequence.
Once you’ve edited the view you can save it by clicking on Save and then Save as a default view
How to filter jobs in the job Menu
By utilizing Custom filters, you can establish a view that encompasses specific jobs meeting particular criteria or conditions. Essentially, these custom filters empower you to exclude jobs that do not align with your specified criteria from your view.
Each column's content can be filtered based on various conditions such as "Contains," "Does Not Contain," or "In the range of." The available conditions will vary depending on the type of column; for instance, the conditions for the "Name" column will differ from those for the "Date" column.
To implement a filter, follow these steps:
Hover your mouse over the headers in the Job section.
Click on the Funnel icon located adjacent to the header.
Choose the desired condition from the Value dropdown menu.
4. Now enter the search parameter, in the blank text area and click on Apply.
Similarly, filters can be applied to other column headers in the job view. Once the filters are applied you’ll see them on the very top of the filters.
How to remove a filter
The filters can be cleared by closing them as shown below:
Go to the top section of the job list.
In the top section, note that the filters are displayed.
Click on the Close button of a filter to clear it.
Once the Close button is clicked, the corresponding filter will be removed.
How to copy a job profile link
Agents have the option to promptly access a job profile using the job link. These profile links can also be conveniently shared with other agents.
To obtain the profile link, you can copy it from either the side preview panel or from the full-screen view.
Follow these steps to copy the job profile link from the side preview:
Locate the job within the Job list.
Click on the job to open the side preview panel.
Hover your mouse over the job name, which will reveal a copy icon with a message that says "Copy the link to this entity."
Click on the Copy icon to copy the link.
How to view a Job in Full-Screen Mode
The default view presents the profile of the chosen job in a preview modal. This modal provides a concise overview of the job's particulars, featuring crucial information.
In contrast, the full-screen entity modal provides a comprehensive overview of all the job-related information within the EVA system. As shown in the image below, the blue panel on the left offers direct links to specific job details. For example, clicking on "job details" in the full-screen entity modal will immediately display the corresponding details.
How to edit job
To edit a job:
In the Jobs section, find the job to be edited.
Hover over the job to view the Edit icon at the right end.
Click on the Edit icon and get the full screen view of the job profile.
Click on the Edit icon pertaining to the section that requires an update.
Enter the updated details in each field.
How to delete a job
Agents have the capability to delete jobs from the Job section, effectively removing them from the EVA system. Once a job is deleted, its details will no longer be accessible within the Job section.
If a job has pipelines it cannot be deleted.
The following steps describe the process of deleting the job via the preview modal:
In the Jobs section, find the job to be deleted.
Hover over the job to get the Delete icon at the right end.
Click on the Delete icon and provide confirmation to complete the deletion.
Click on the Delete icon once more to remove the job.
Also, you can delete a job in the full-screen mode:
The deleted job will be completely removed from the EVA system. Agents will not be able to find the job even through global search.
