Candidates can access the list of questions and provide their answers by clicking on the link in the email or by navigating to 'My Jobs' in their candidate portal and selecting 'Review Answers.'
To finalize their application, candidates should ensure they click on the 'Submit Answers' button. It's important to note that the names of these buttons can be customized as needed.
To make sure candidates can view the job screening questions, recruiters must first configure the questions within the job settings. To do this, recruiters need to locate and select the desired job, and then access the 'Job Screening Questions' tab.
Within this section, recruiters can add new questions by simply clicking on the small green plus icon. This allows for a seamless process of setting up and managing job screening questions for each specific job.
To determine the order in which the questions should appear, you can simply drag and arrange them accordingly. When adding a question, provide its title in the designated field and, if necessary, include a brief explanation in the question description.

How to Test Job Screening Questions

Before proceeding, ensure that the job screening questions are properly configured for your test job, following the instructions outlined in this training article.
Next, you will need to copy the link to the public job, which is available in the public sharing tab. Open this link in an incognito window to simulate a fresh candidate experience.
Now, you have two options: either apply for the position as a new test candidate, or use an existing test candidate to apply for the position.
Once you have applied, the candidate's status will show as an incomplete application. At this point, you can click on the 'Provide Answers' option to access the job screening questions and test this specific feature.
