Key Challenges

When launching large projects, there are a few key challenges that we have faced in the past:

• Changing demands from client

• Lack of user-stories to fully understand the business goals

• Not enough time spent with client's project leader to drive the project forward

• Disagreement between leaders on client side stalling the project
