On-demand support will be provided by your dedicated Customer service team, who can be reached via live chat within the product, email, phone and video & face to face meetings.
Depending on the terms agreed within the SLA, your customer success team can be available for support on level 1, 2 and 3. Depending on the terms within the SLA and severity of the issue raised, response and resolution times range from 1 hour to 5 working days. When contacted, the 'customer success' representative will categorise the issue based on logic within the following levels (i.e. tiers).
