Search for the required job for which you need to change the status . EX: Junior QA
Candidate name is displayed with “Proactively Interested” status in the centre pane. Candidate profile information is displayed as preview in the right pane
Click on “Under Review” button to change the pipeline status of the candidate according to the configuration done previously
A confirmation modal is displayed showing the Job workflow transition which was configured previously.
* If “Allow Agent Editing” was enabled earlier, now the agent can uncheck the transition before submitting the confirmation
Click on “Confirm Selected”
Notice that the pipeline status of the candidate has changed from “Pro actively Interested” → “Under Review”
Here the job is moved from Active state to inactive status so this will not be displayed in the pipeline. If the job needs to be displayed in the Pipeline stages, it has to be in the active state and you can search for the jobs in the pipeline process page.
