Custom forms
Within EVA, we can configure pop-up forms triggered by a specific workflow transition.
For example, when your stakeholder login into the platform and click on ‘Create a New Job Request’, we can create a custom entity creation form with the required fields to fill.
Why are custom forms beneficial?
All fields are configurable and tailored to your business processes
Forms can be limited only to specific user groups
Forms can be triggered only for specific transitions in the workflow process
Forms are connected to real fields in our UI. This means that updating the forms will automatically update information on the platform
If related fields already contain data, they can be prefilled inside forms
This functionality will be configured during our onboarding process and your dedicated Customer Success Team member will ensure that all forms are created according to your business needs.
