Terms & Conditions in ChatBot

The agreement's terms and conditions are presented to the candidate within the chatbot conversation. To complete their registration and gain access to their portal, candidates are required to accept these terms and conditions.

Failure to accept these terms and conditions will result in the candidate being unable to access their profile or update their information and the EVA ChatBot displays this message:
If you reject our T&C we will not be able to help you right now. You can change your mind now or at anytime in the future.

We typically advise including your company's specific terms and conditions to allow candidates to review and accept them.

Candidates can find the terms and conditions by clicking on the embedded link when the discussion regarding the terms and conditions arises.

 

When a candidate accepts the terms and conditions, their consent is recorded and their profile progresses through the screening and application process. This acceptance allows the candidate to move forward with submitting their application and participating in further assessments or interviews. 

Conversely, if a candidate initially rejects the terms and conditions, they are unable to proceed with the application. However, if they later decide to accept the terms, they can simply type "accept" in the chatbot. 

This action updates their consent status, enabling them to continue with their application and access all subsequent stages of the recruitment process.

 This flexible approach ensures that candidates have control over their consent and can easily change their decision, maintaining a smooth and compliant application experience.

 

For the Agent to Update Terms and Conditions:

To define or modify the terms and conditions content, you can use the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Administration" tab.

  2. Select "System Settings" and then choose "Terms and Conditions."

  3. Input the desired content in the provided space, and you can include HTML tags if needed.

  4. Click the "Submit" button to save the changes.
