Quotas & Limits

In this section, you can view the current quotas and limits set for your instance by your customer success representative. To access this information, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Administration" tab.

  2. Select "System Settings."

  3. Choose "Quotas & Limits."

On this page, you'll find details about your current quotas and configured limits, including:

  1. CV Parsing Credits: This number represents the total CV parsing credits available in your instance. If you're nearing your limit, we recommend reaching out to your customer success representative to purchase more credits.

  2. Maximum Talent in Your Database: This number indicates the total number of candidates your instance can hold. If you need to increase this limit, please get in touch with your customer success representative.

  3. Imported Totaljob Group: This section shows if you've implemented credits from Totaljob that have been purchased.

  4. Maximum HCM Agents: This number represents the total count of recruiters or agents who can log in to the platform.

  5. Days Until Renewal Contract Date: This indicates how many days your instance will remain active.
