CV PDF Template

EVA offers an automated feature that enables you to generate a branded version of a candidate's CV, ready for seamless sharing with your clients at the click of a button. This guide outlines the steps to configure your CV PDF to align perfectly with your brand.

Please Note: To download a CV PDF, simply open a candidate's profile and utilise the "Download CV PDF" button.

Configuring Template Settings:

  1. To set up your initial CV PDF template, begin by accessing ‘System Settings’ from the ‘Administration’ tab.

  2. Under 'System Settings,' choose 'CV PDF Template.'

  3. Upon the initial page load, you will encounter the general template settings.

Let’s review all the sections of the configurator.

Sections:

Font: This section is responsible for choosing the main font, size and colour for normal text in your branded CV.

Heading: This section is responsible for section headings in your branded template. You can customise font, alignment and theme.

Here you can see a dark theme and a light theme as examples with the same colour scheme.

Subheading: The subheading is responsible for all headings inside a section.

For example in the section Education, date, degree and school name would be considered subheadings.

Label: Section Label refers to all the field names that we choose to display.

In this example Current role, Min salary, Location and Notice period all are labels

Title page & content page: In the Title page and content page section, you can decide to include or exclude any elements from your template.

Ticking the Show title page will allow you to configure different headers and footers for the title page and other pages.

Content Page Sections: Content Page is very important for the body of your CV PDF. From the dropdown, you can choose which sections to include and what order they should appear in. Once a section is added you can configure it individually as will be covered later in this article.

Theme: In light theme you can change the main colour scheme of your template. It will provide default colour scheme configuration for anywhere where you choose to apply it. In dark theme, it will automatically set the set background color for the titles in the CV.

Once you finished with editing remember to click on Save all settings.
