Proof of Identity

EVABot can be assigned to ask a candidate a proof of address if this should be pertinent to your existing hiring processes.

To enable this functionality, go to AI bot, select Onboarding and click on Targets - Select more - Discuss Proof of Identity.

Once the question has been added to your chatbot workflow you can reword the way EVA bot will ask this information to your candidate.

Go to Conversation Topics - Proof of Identity and Rephrasing.

Within this window, different scenarios within the Proof of Address dialogue can be rephrased with relevant next action steps.

To modify the text simply click on the little pencil icon.
