Proof of Address

Whenever you need to ask your candidates to upload proof of their address in order to be pertinent to your hiring process you can benefit from the EVABot skill Proof of Address.

To enable this functionality, go to AI bot, select Onboarding and click on Targets - Select more - Discuss Proof of Address.

You can add the Proof of Address in two ways: the first is by selecting the option Discuss Address and Proof of Address and the second is via selecting Discuss Proof of Address.

Once the question has been added to your chatbot workflow you can reword the way EVA bot will ask this information to your candidate.

Go to Basic Skill - Candidate location and Rephrasing.

In this section you will see at the very top, questions related to general address questions and further down the list (starting from Example#6) questions related to the Proof of Address.

Within this window different scenarios within the Proof of Address dialogue can be rephrased with relevant next action steps.

By clicking on the little pencil icon you can rephrase the question according to your preferred tone of voice.
