Check Your Campaign Status
You have the ability to monitor and manage your engagement funnel in real-time, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of your campaign.
By accessing the 'candidates' tab after activating a campaign, you can preview the status of each candidate.
Here are the different statuses you may encounter:
Email Sent: This indicates that the email has been successfully sent to the candidate.
Targets in Progress: This status signifies that the talent has initiated the conversation with the bot but has not yet completed all the required interactions.
Completed: When a candidate successfully completes the registration process, their status will be marked as completed.
Cancelled: A cancelled status can occur due to one of two reasons:
a. There may be an issue with the email address associated with the candidate.
b. The candidate has recently responded to the questions within the campaign workflow, and as a result, the email will not be sent to them.
Furthermore, for a more comprehensive understanding of your campaign's performance, you can utilize the 'Analytics' feature. Simply click on the 'Analytics' tab located on the left-hand side.
Upon accessing this tab, you will be presented with a general report on your engagement campaign, offering key statistics and insights to gauge its effectiveness. This report provides valuable information to assess the overall performance of your campaign.
The Analytics tab provides you with immediate access to precise numbers, allowing you to quickly assess the performance of your campaign. You can see the exact count of completed campaigns, campaigns in progress, emails sent, takeover requests, and the average bot feedback. These metrics offer valuable insights into the effectiveness of your engagement efforts.
While the displayed report is standard, our Customer Success team is available to assist client in configuring more in-depth dashboards if the client desire specific campaign information.
Receive Timely Notifications
To ensure you stay informed about talent completing the engagement campaign, you have the option to enable engagement campaign notifications.
By accessing the system settings within your agent tab, you can manage your notification preferences. You have the flexibility to choose whether you receive notifications within the system or via email.
To receive notifications when a talent completes the engagement campaign, simply enable the "campaign-completed" notification. This will help you stay on top of the progress and outcomes of your campaign.
