NI Number (Identity Verification) with EVABot

EVABot can be assigned to retrieve a candidates NI number should this be pertinent to your existing hiring processes.

On Basic Skill, by clicking on the NI number and Rephrasing you can reword the way EVA bot will ask this information to your candidate.

Within this window different scenarios within the NI number dialogue can be rephrased with relevant next action steps for instance:

  • Should the candidate doesn’t know what their NI number is

  • Should the candidate want more information about the NI number

  • Should the candidate doesn’t have an NI number

  • Should the candidate wants to come back to update their NI number later

Candidate uploading proof of NI Number

EVABot can also ask candidates to provide up to two documents that prove that the NI number that has been provided is on verified documentation.

To enable this functionality, go to AI bot, select Onboarding and click on Targets - Select more.

You can add the Proof of NI Number in two ways: the first is by selecting the option Get AI Number and Proof of NI Number and the second is via selecting Get Proof of NI number.
