How to import data

This article explains how you can import data into the system.

There are two ways how you can import data into the EVA platform.

1. Sending your data via Excel Sheet

You can import the following entities into the platform: talents (candidates), units (companies), and contacts (hiring managers).

Simply download the following excel and send it to helpdesk@eva.ai.

Our team will upload the file within the next 48 hours.

2. Bulk upload the candidate’s CV

If you need to upload only candidates (talents) entities into the platform, you can go to ‘talent’ and then bulk upload candidate’s CVs into the platform.
