EVA Bot Skills - Identity Verification

EVA Bot Skills - Identity Verification

EVABot works on your behalf to engage with candidates to collect information that is immediately transferred to the individual profile.

EVA asks covers a range of topics that may be relevant to hiring opportunities, for instance email, phone number, driving license, address etc. Within EVA you also have the ability to customise how questions are asked.

In this section we will go over everything you need to know about Identity verification and how EVABot can automate this previously manual and tedious process.

Let’s start from the beginning.

Creating an EVABot Onboarding conversation

Once EVABot does not recognise a candidates information, it automatically launches an onboarding sequence to prescreen the candidates and adds them to EVABot conversational interface automates the pre-screening process the moment a candidate applies for an open vacancy.

This functionality extends to the native candidate portal or any established third-party integrations acknowledged by EVA.

During onboarding, EVABot goes through questions to determine whether a candidate is suited to a specific vacancy or your ideal candidate persona.

Admin users are allowed to build, tailor and edit onboarding workflows.

The target section is located on the right-hand side of the screen. Targets are based on questions that EVABot should ask the candidates in chronological order.

To edit how questions are phrased or the behavior of a conversation workflow :

  • Click on the x icon to remove a question from the list

  • Drag and drop the questions to reshuffle the order in which they are asked

  • To add a new question: click on Select More and choose the question you would like to add

IMPORTANT TIP: Never change the order of the two final targets ‘Discuss Terms & Conditions’ and ‘Create an account’.

When you’re happy with the order of ‘Targets’, you can focus on rephrasing, you can modify how this question (tied to that particular target) is asked to candidates. We always recommend that you keep rephrasing in line with your brand voice; whether this is formal, informal, funny, or sarcastic.

By clicking on Basic Skills you can access all the targets asked by the bot.
