It's important to highlight that EVA adheres to enterprise-grade security standards. Data specific to your organisation is utilised within your own secured EVA instance and does not transit to third-party systems to enhance the experience for your talent and HCM stakeholders exclusively.
Check out the Conversation Topics section in your Admin settings panel > AI Bot Settings. You will find the "EVA Skill Additional Information" option upon selecting a topic. Here, you can enrich EVA AI's training with:

FAQ Answers
These are typically general questions but are repeatedly asked by your talent. For example, How-tos such as how to upload my profile picture, tips to prepare for an interview, questions related to work-life balance, etc.
EVA Bot will promptly share the pre-set responses when these questions become part of your talent engagement targets.
AI Knowledge Base
AI Knowledge Base is a training canvas. Instead of a Q&A format, you can paste long-form content from your policies, process documents, and manuals. AI will read, analyse, curate and compose responses based on the content you provide in the knowledge base.
Think ChatGPT, which is trained on content from various open sources and provides (most) relevant and structured responses to users' questions. However, EVA AI is trained on content from your enterprise in a secure environment.
When EVA Bot is engaged in questions related to any of the topics in the AI knowledge base, it will analyse and provide relevant information. For instance, with content related to Recruitment Processes and Steps already included in the AI Knowledge Base, EVA Bot can offer precise information in response to relevant queries, such as explaining what reference checks entail.
In instances where EVA Bot is presented with inquiries that fall outside the scope of pre-configured topics and responses, it is designed to acknowledge its limitations gracefully. Instead of attempting to generate an answer without sufficient data, EVA Bot will clearly communicate its current inability to provide a specific response. This transparency ensures that the quality and reliability of information shared with users are maintained.
To facilitate this, you have the option to customise how EVA Bot communicates its limitations through the AI Bot's rephrasing section. Here's an example of how you might phrase EVA Bot's response in such scenarios:
"Thank you for your question. It seems this question is beyond what I'm currently trained to answer. I recommend reaching out to [specific department or contact] for more detailed information on this subject. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated."
