EVA Bot and notifications
EVABot is connected to a notification system, meaning that you and your team will get alerted once a candidate completes registration, or if there has been a break in conversation between bot and candidate.
Notification types
Within EVA there are two types of notifications
In-app notifications: Notifications appear directly in your instance. The notification icon is located on the too right corner of your screen and can be identified as the bell icon. When you are notified about something, there is an alert bubble which pops up on your screen
Email: Emails are sent directly to the mailbox you registered on EVA. Notification emails are formatted to auto-send to your team once there has been an update.
Best Practice:
Set up both notification types in your instance.
Turning notifications on or off

This panel allows you to manage notifications for every agent on your team. Click on the desired team member and then click on notifications to configure their notification settings.
A new window will open up. In this new window, you can change your settings and configure notification capabilities based on the two types of notifications.
