With the Public Job Body Template feature, you can design and manage a general template for all your public job postings. Using the intuitive Unlayer editor, you can tailor templates to reflect your organization’s unique tone and requirements. Plus, by integrating custom fields, your templates can dynamically adapt to include specific job details or unique organizational messages—reducing manual effort and improving consistency.
The “Public Job Body Template” editing can be requested to your customer success team. Examples of Use of Job Parameters
http://EVA.ai 's system supports placeholders for various job-related data fields, such as:
Standard fields like
{{ job.title }}
,{{ job.startDate }}
, or{{ job.workLocationType }}
.Custom fields, unique to your organization, like
{{ job.customFields.background }}
or{{ job.customFields.diversityStatement }}
.
These placeholders are automatically replaced with relevant job-specific information, ensuring each public job posting is accurate and up-to-date without manual edits.
Few pointers on Job details visibility on the Public Job Details page
Job in Discrete Mode: When a job is in discrete mode, certain details are hidden from candidates by default.

Company name
Company logo / Job logo
Location (at the bottom of the page)
Who Sees Limited Details:
Unknown users (not logged in).
Existing candidates:
If they do not have a pipeline for the job.
If they have a pipeline, but it is in a state defined by the constant "Define pipeline states to hide job details when discrete mode is enabled."
When Job Details are Visible:
The candidate must have a corresponding pipeline for the job.
The pipeline must not be in a hidden state as defined in the settings.
This ensures sensitive job information is only visible to appropriate candidates based on their pipeline status and system settings.
