How to send EVA Chat Message

The EVA Chat  Messages are sent to the candidate’s account within the EVA system. This interaction is used to talk to candidates directly via the EVAbot. The chatbot can interact automatically with candidates for registration or engagement campaign processes but also agents can send direct messages to candidates. These messages are received by the candidate in the form of chat responses. If you wish to send a direct message to a candidate:

  1. In the Candidate section, select the desired candidate.

  2. Click on EVA Message from the blue menu bar at the top.

  3. In the text box area, enter the message that you want to send.

  4. Click on the Send button to deliver the message to the candidates.

 

 

Once the message is sent from the Agent Portal it will be received  by the candidate at the Candidate Portal. 

 

 

The EVA message sent by the agent is indicated by the name of the agent, so that the message will stand out from the other EVA Bot chats. In this case, candidates will be notified of the unread message and they will be able to see and respond to the message after they login into the platform.

 

Note: In order to send direct messages it’s mandatory that candidates are registered (previously completed the registration conversation with EVAbot). If they haven’t then the candidate won’t be able to preview the message correctly.
