How to transfer a call with Twilio

EVA is integrated with Twilio to facilitate phone calling and SMS messaging within the application.

 

The phone call feature can be used for calling candidates and also to call other active agents within EVA.  To do so, just go to the Twilio Chrome extension in your browser and select the HR Agents that are currently online. Subsequently, a list of contacts will appear - click on the green Phone icon corresponding to the desired agent.

 

First, EVA will try to connect with the agent via the platform. If not reachable, the call will be transferred to the agent’s mobile number saved in User settings.

 

 

In case you receive a call from a candidate that needs to be transferred to one of your colleague agents, simply click on Select agent to forward call and choose the name of the agent concerned.
