Personal Data Request Via ChatBot

Personal Data Request Via ChatBot

Eva.ai chatbot allows candidates to easily request their personal information in compliance with GDPR regulations. Here is a structured overview of how candidates can make such requests and how agents will handle them.

Example of Candidate Request

If a candidate asks the chatbot, "I want to receive all the data you have on my profile," EVA Bot will generate an in-app notification and also an email notification for the agent to address this GDPR request.

Agent Notification

The in-app notification for the agent will appear in Agent Portal > “Bell” Icon in the top navigation bar and the format similar to this:

  • Notification Example:

    • In App notification - Candidate Name: "qa test" (clickable link to candidate profile)

  • "Delete thread and any information you have about my Facebook application."

Handling Requests

When such requests are made, agents are notified through the platform to take appropriate actions in compliance with GDPR guidelines. This ensures that candidates' data privacy rights are respected and managed effectively.

In the Eva.ai platform, when an agent needs to handle a GDPR request from a candidate and they receive an in-app notification, the agent follows these steps:

  1. Accessing the Candidate Profile: The agent navigates to the Candidate FSEM section in the agent portal.

  2. General Information: Within the candidate's profile, under the general information section, there is an option to handle GDPR requests.

  3. Download Subject Data: The agent can click on the "Download subject data" button. This action generates a ZIP file containing all relevant data of the candidate's profile, which includes personal details, work history, education, interactions, documents, and any other data stored within the platform.

  4. Generating the ZIP File: The platform compiles all the candidate's information into a single ZIP file for easy download and review. This ensures that all the personal data is provided in a structured and accessible format, complying with GDPR requirements.
