How to edit a subsection in the candidate profile
The subsections of candidate profile(e.g. Candidate details, Candidate work profile, Education etc) can be edited and updated by agents.
The steps to update all subsections are the same or identical. Hence, here we have illustrated the steps using one of the subsection as an example - Education:
To add new education details of the candidate follow the steps mentioned below:
Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.
Click on the Education option in the blue panel.
Click on the green color + icon on the middle panel.
Enter relevant details in the empty fields (School name, Degree name, From and To, Degree Type, Education description).
Click on the Submit button to create new education details.
Click on the Cancel if you want to cancel the new education details.
Agents can edit the existing education details of the candidate profile by running these steps:
Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.
Click on the Education option in the blue panel.
Click on the Edit icon next to existing education details
Provide the new values to the fields (School name, Degree name, From and To, Degree Type, Education description) and click on the Submit button to save the changes.
Inorder to discard the changes, click on the Cancel button
In order to delete details in a subsection, follow these steps:
Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.
Click on the Education option in the blue panel.
Click on the Delete icon next to existing education details
As soon as you click on the Delete button, the education details will be removed from the candidate profile.
Additional information: This section consists of additional fields related to the candidate profile. Generally those fields are very important for the categorisation of the candidate profile and they are completely customizable depending on the client's need. For this reason the section Additional Information can only be created by our back end team. If you wish to do so, contact our Customer Success team.
The additional fields can be string, boolean, integer or date type.
Pipelines: This section includes all of the jobs the candidate has been considered for including his current status. In general, there are 3 statuses (Screen, Meet, Rejected) available to control selection of the candidate. If you wish to add the candidate to a job and more specifically to a particular stage in the recruitment process you can click on the little green + icon.
The pipeline stages are reflecting a candidate journey and they are completely customizable tailored to a specific recruitment need.To learn more, talk to a Customer Success EVA.ai team member. Agents can also manually change the existing pipeline status to other status.
Interactions: This section stores the prior communication and messages sent between agent and the candidate(E.g. SMS, webchat, email, log a phone call, add a note). If you have synchronised your emails within EVA your emails exchange within the candidate will be automatically displayed.
In Interactions you can also see any pipeline change related to the candidate. The bar at the very bottom allows you to interact via EVA bot, Facebook Messenger (only if you have Facebook setup ), SMS, add a note and log manually a phone call and pause the EVA chatbot.
CV and attachments: This section will display all the CVs and attachments of the candidate. If you want to add more attachments simply click on the green + icon beside CVs or Attachments.
