Interactions Panel in Candidate's Profile

This section stores the prior communication and messages sent between the agent and the candidate (E.g. SMS, webchat, email, log a phone call, add a note).

Also in this section all the pipeline changes connected to the candidate’s job will be stored here.

How to view interactions 

The chats between the candidate and EVA/agent can be viewed by following the steps mentioned below.

  1. Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.

  2. Click on the Interactions  option in the blue panel.

 

 

 

  1. View the middle panel to observe the chats.

 

The Interactions panel will consist of:

  • Chats between Candidate and Eva (e.g. on-boarding chats or engagement campaign).

  • Emails sent by the agent related to job vacancy, follow-up etc. and if emails are synchronised between candidate and agent too.

  • Job recommendations and the updates on change in pipeline status.

  • SMS or the web chats initiated by the agent.

  • Notes 

 

Agents can add notes against each interaction, so that it serves a reminder on later visits to the candidate profile. To add notes, follow the steps mentioned below:

 

  1. Click on Add note beside the chats in the middle panel.

 

 

  1. Now enter the context in the given text area.

  2. Click on the Submit button or Save icon to save the note.

  3. Click on the Cancel button or Close icon to discard the note.

How to send EVA message in interactions section 

Agents can send Eva messages from the candidate profile. To learn more about this, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.

  2. Click on the Interactions  option in the blue panel.

 

 

  1. Click on the Eva message icon at the bottom of the middle panel and type your message

  2. Click on the Send icon to deliver the message to the candidate.

 

How to send Facebook message in interactions section 

Agents can also send messages to the candidate’s Facebook account. To learn more on how to do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.

  2. Click on the Interactions option in the blue panel.

 

 

  1. Click on the Facebook icon at the bottom of the middle panel and type your message

  2. Click on the Send icon to deliver the message to the candidate.

 

Note: This happens only when a Facebook page is connected to EVA.

How to send SMS via interactions section 

 

Agents can also send SMS text messages to the candidate. To learn more on how to do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.

  2. Click on the Interactions  option in the blue panel.

 

 

 

  1. Click on the Phone icon at the bottom of the middle panel and type your message

  2. Click on the Send icon to deliver the message to the candidate.

 

Note: This happens only when a Twilio  is connected to EVA.

How to add notes in interactions section 

Agents can create notes in the candidate profile. To learn more about this, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.

  2. Click on the Interactions  option in the blue panel.

 

 

 

  1. Click on the Note icon at the bottom of the middle panel and type your message

 

 

  1. Click on the Add button to save the notes.

  2. Click on the Cancel button to discard the notes.
