How to add new documents to the candidate profile

Agents can attach an updated CV to the candidate profile at any time. Follow the steps below to accomplish this:

  1. Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.

  2. Click on CV and attachments option in the blue panel.

  3. Click on the green color + icon which is located next to the CV header.

  4. If you wish to parse the details from the uploading CV, click on the Upload and parse option

  5. If you only want to upload new CV, click on Upload option

 

 

 

 

 

Agents can also add new attachments to the candidate profile. Follow the steps below  to add an attachment.

  1. Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.

  2. Click on CV and attachments option in the blue panel.

  3. Click on the green color + icon which is located next to the Attachments header.

 

 

  1. Upload the documents that you wish to attach in the attachments section.

 

Note: Supported file formats are PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, JPEG, PNG etc.

 

How to delete documents from candidate profile

Agents can remove the existing documents from the candidate profile. Follow the steps below  to delete a document or attachment:

  1. Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.

  2. Click on CV and Attachments option in the blue panel

  3. To delete documents from the CVs header section, click on the Bin icon next to the file name.

  4. To delete documents from the Attachments header section, click on the Bin icon next to the file name.

 

 

The deleted document will be instantly removed from the candidate profile.

 

How to edit documents in candidate profile

Once an attachment has been attached  to a candidate profile, the agent can edit the documents  at any point of time. While editing, the agent can specify the type of attachment (e.g. Driving license, Proof of identity) so that it is easily distinguishable from the rest of the documents.

  1. Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.

  2. Click on CV and Attachments option in the blue panel.

  3. To edit attachments from the Attachments section, click on the pencil icon next to the file name.

  4. From the window opened, click on the Calendar icon and if you want to mention the expiry date of the uploaded document.

 

 

  1. Click on the checkbox icon next to non-applicable,  if the expiry date is not applicable to the uploaded document.

  2. Inorder to select the type of attachment, click on the drop down under the Attachment Type header. 

 

 

  1. To verify the identity is linked to the candidate profile, you can also mark this as visible within the system by checking the box Marked as verified.

 

 

  1.  Now click on the OK button to save the changes.

 

 

 

 

Thus the Attachment type and the Verification symbol will be displayed next to the file name of the document.

How to download documents from candidate profile

All files attached by the candidate can be downloaded by Agents. To learn more on how to download attachments, see the steps mentioned below:

  1. Select the candidate profile from the Candidate section.

  2. Click on CV and attachments option in the blue panel.

  3. To download documents from the CVs header section, click on the download icon next to the file name.

  4. To download documents from the Attachments header section, click on the download icon next to the file name.

 

 

The downloaded file will be saved to your computer in the original format it was attached to the EVA system.
