Email Status Tracking
After sending an email, agents can easily monitor its status by navigating to the Candidate FSEM's “Interactions” section.

To send emails Manually (refer to this article for detailed information on emails sent manually: How to send Email
Click on “Jobs & Talent.”
Select “Candidates.”
Search for the desired candidate.
Access the “Interactions” section in the candidate FSEM.
Check the email status in the centre pane.
For emails sent through campaigns, please consult the Campaigns Management section for detailed instructions.
Available email statuses for candidate emails displayed in the Interactions section include:
Sent: The email has been successfully sent to the candidate.
Bounced: EVA emails are marked as “Spam” by the candidate, or the candidate’s email address is invalid or no longer in use.
Clicked: The candidate has viewed the email preview by clicking on the “Preview” button in the email card of their FSEM.
Opened: The candidate has opened and viewed the email.
