How to add candidates to call queue
The call queue feature is useful when an agent has to contact multiple candidates one after the other. Once a selected set of candidates are added to the call queue, the EVA system will automatically dial the number of the next candidate.
The call queue feature always picks the phone number specified as the cell phone number in Contact of the candidate profile.
In the Candidate section, select desired candidates.
Click on Call Queue from the blue menu bar at the top.
Now click on the Twilio extension in the browser window.
Notice that the status of the call is displayed in the Twilio pop-up window.
Note: To enable call facility, ensure that Twilio extensions are installed in your browser.
Each queue can handle a max of 10 dials.
