Candidates
The database holds all the existing candidates and their information within the 'Candidates' section. To access candidate details, navigate to the 'Jobs & Talent' tab and choose the list labeled 'candidates.'
Clicking on the list will display a list view of candidates, and to access a candidate's profile, simply click on their name.
The Candidate Profile section comprises sub-sections that house relevant information regarding the candidate's experience, qualifications, and interests. For specific details on where to find particular candidate information, refer to the sections below:
Candidate Details: This section contains personal candidate information such as their name, languages, GDPR compliance, cell phone, etc. Agents can modify this information by clicking on the Edit pencil icon. On the right-hand column, you can add/edit Notes, Social links, Skills, Cover letter, Tags, and Lists.
Candidate Work Profile: This section showcases the candidate's availability details. Here, you can find information related to their current employment status, availability specifics, the type of job they are seeking, preferred working hours, and their availability calendar. To make any edits to the existing details, simply click on the Edit icon (pencil icon) and make the necessary changes as needed.
Work History: In this section, you'll find information about the candidate's work experience, which is extracted from their CV. The original CV of the candidate is displayed on the right-hand side panel. If you need to make any edits to the candidate's work history, click on the pencil icon next to the specific job you wish to modify. To add a new job experience, click on the green-colored add icon in the center column.
Education: This section provides information about the candidate's educational background, similar to the Experience section. These details are either extracted from the candidate's original CV or entered manually by the agent.

Rich text editor for the 'Education' and 'Work Experiences' fields in candidate profiles is designed to enhance the comfort and efficiency of recruiters and hiring managers. This feature allows for more structured and detailed entries, enabling the use of formatting options such as bold, italics, bullet points, and numbered lists. By presenting educational backgrounds and work histories in a visually clear and professional manner, recruiters can quickly grasp key details without sifting through unstructured text.
